What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your purchase but should you change your mind about your order we are happy to offer a full refund on the item(s) provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met. 

Please note: Consideration needs to be given when purchasing vintage and secondhand items, they will naturally show signs of wear consistent with age and use, including minor tarnishes and blemishes. More significant imperfections will be specified.

Please bear this in mind before you make a purchase. Should you require a more detailed report of condition please contact us directly. Studio & Store cannot guarantee the future lifespan of previously used or refurbished items.

What products are not eligible for return?

Made to order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not able to accept a return or cancellation request as the item you ordered will have been made just for you.

Made to order products are noted as such on the product page or have an advisory lead time.

If a made to order product arrives damaged, is faulty, or not as described, we will organise for a replacement to be sent to you.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns unless a product arrives damaged or faulty.

What do I do if my item is damaged or faulty?

In the unfortunate event of an item being received damaged or faulty we require notification with 7 days of you receiving the item. Please contact us at hello@studioandstore.com including images of both the item and its packaging for us to review.

What if my return is damaged or lost in transit back to Studio + Store?

You are responsible for the safe return of product(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for either damage or loss in transit.

How do I return an order?

Please email us at hello@studioandstore.com to request a return within 14 days of receipt with the following information:

Order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.

We will advise you of the return address. If returning an item by post you will then need to package it securely and make sure you include your name and order details. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of postage for either shipment to you nor returning the item/s back to us unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if successful will refund the item via the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of receipt.
