How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer a standard delivery charge of £6.95 on all items whether they’re dispatched directly from ourselves or from our maker/supplier directly within the UK Mainland. We offer Free Delivery on all UK orders over £250 .

Where Do You Ship to?

If ordering via the website we currently only offer shipping within the UK however we are happy to ship all over the world. If your based outside of the UK please feel free to email us at hello@studioandstore.com and we can organise a quote for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Any orders placed for new items we hold in stock at Studio + Store will be dispatched within 72 working hours. Orders for in stock items being send directly from our maker/suppliers will also aim to be dispatched within 72 working hours. Delivery lead times vary however most couriers aim to delivery within 1-2 working days.

Made to order items being dispatched directly from our makers vary however we usually aim for between 4-6 weeks.

How will I receive my order?

If ordering multiple items you may receive your order in separate deliveries depending on whether its an item Studio + Store hold in stock or being send directly from our maker/supplier.

My order hasn’t been delivered, what should I do?

If you have received a delivery notification, but your order hasn’t arrived, it has most likely been delivered to collection point or delivery office. The courier should leave a notice with more information, or you can check the tracking number issued with your shipment notification from Studio + Store to see where your order has been delivered to.

How long with it take for my order of vintage furniture to arrive?

Smaller items can often be send via standard courier and therefore fit within the terms stated above however for larger items we offer private courier services within the UK. Once an order has been placed we will liaise with you directly via text/email in terms of scheduling a suitable delivery date. We usually aim to dispatch furniture items within 2 weeks of your ordering placed subject to availability.
