An extraordinary book-matched burr wood dining table designed by Tim Bates for British Company Pieff . C.1970. Established in 1966 Pieff was the must have name in high-end British furniture during the 1970's. Their trademark offering was furniture crafted from mirrored chrome, Rosewood and high quality leather with a reputation for excellence and seen as fairly exclusive retailing though Harrods, Heals and other high-end furniture stores.

Whilst the Pieff Eleganza range isn't particularly rare it is not often seen in this type of lace burr-wood (possibly Elm) making this particular table incredibly rare.
